Cover images are optional on a blog post.
When one is missing, two things happen. The listing card keeps its shape — a placeholder holds the same 16:9 box, so a row of cards stays on one grid line instead of jumping. And the article itself simply opens on its first paragraph, with no empty frame where a picture would have been.
